IT Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our team, responsible for overseeing internal IT administration, providing helpdesk support, managing computer purchasing, and generating reports based on system data for both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to effectively support our organization’s IT infrastructure and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.


Internal IT Administration:

  • Manage and maintain internal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Azure and Microsoft 365, and end-user workstations.
  • Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures to safeguard company data and assets.
  • Monitor system and security environment and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.

Helpdesk Support:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to end-users experiencing IT-related problems.
  • Respond promptly to helpdesk tickets, resolving issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Diagnose hardware and software problems and provide solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
  • Educate users on IT best practices and procedures to enhance productivity and security awareness.

Computer Purchasing:

  • Evaluate hardware and software requirements based on organizational needs.
  • Research and recommend appropriate IT solutions and technologies for procurement.
  • Coordinate purchasing processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and procurement.
  • Oversee inventory management and asset tracking for all IT equipment.


  • Extract, analyze, and interpret data from internal systems to create insightful reports.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and objectives.
  • Develop and automate reporting processes to streamline data extraction and analysis.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in reports and provide actionable insights for decision-making.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in IT administration, helpdesk support, and report generation.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, and IT security principles.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and report generation using tools such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
